Return and Exchange Policies
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return any new, unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
Riding gear such as helmets, boots, jerseys, pants, gloves, and other apparel qualify for one free size exchange.
Return Condition Requirements
Make sure you get a full refund by returning your item(s) with the packaging in original, intact condition. Please do not return an item with packaging you would not want to receive yourself.
Returned items must be enclosed in their original packaging. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags, and equivalent protective packaging.
Items sold in vacuum sealed packaging cannot be returned once opened.
If packaging that protects the product is damaged or missing, the item is no longer considered new condition and cannot be accepted for return.
Original packaging also includes all:
- Tags
- Instruction manuals
- Information sheets
- Stickers
- Protective films
For example:
- Helmets must include visor clings and original tags
- Jackets must include all attached tags
- Hard parts must include informational sheets and packaging
Please pack your return securely to prevent damage during transit. If we receive a damaged item, we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred and may not be able to accept the return.
Do not use the product’s original packaging as the shipping container. Place the original packaging inside a separate outer shipping box. We recommend using the box your order was originally shipped in.
Include your original invoice or other necessary contact information with the return.
Shipping
Make sure your return or exchange gets to us promptly and without any problems following the guidelines listed below.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. This does not include items returned under the Riding Gear First Exchange policy.
- All shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. Packages shipped C.O.D. will be rejected and returned to the sender.
- Shipping return labels may be available during the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process when you contact us.
- If you choose to use your own carrier, we recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and/or insurance.
Refund Policy
To ensure every customer receives products in new condition, returns must also be received in new condition.
For a fast turnaround and a full refund on returned items, please follow these guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and uninstalled
- All packaging, tags, stickers, and protective films must remain intact
We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear. This includes but is not limited to scratches, scuffs, stretching, dents, dirt, pet hair, or evidence that the product has been installed or mounted.
If you are considering returning an item, do not ride with it or install it before initiating a return.
Boots may be tested for fit indoors on clean carpet, but should not be worn outside.
Items that have been installed, mounted, ridden in, or otherwise used are not eligible for return. Products must remain in new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
All returned items are inspected. Used or damaged items will be returned to the customer.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, the fastest option is:
- Place a new order for the desired item.
- Return the original item following the return instructions above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange qualifies under the Riding Gear First Exchange policy.
No Restocking Fees
We keep things simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return any new, unused item within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund of the product price.
No restocking fees apply.
Custom Products
Custom products including powder-coated or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
