MotoKazieFor over 28 years, Motokazie has been offering an exceptional race series to riders all over the Midwest. The series was founded by Lee Theis in 1997. Starting at only 18 years old, Lee worked hard to grow Motokazie from a three-race series to a name that came to be recognized all over Minnesota. After 22 years of growth and success, Lee passed the torch to a fellow rider, Cody Slark. The Slark family had the same passion as Lee and continued to grow Motokazie into what it is known for today. As we enter 2025, the torch will be passed once again, this time to the Lindgrens. As a moto family ourselves, we pride ourselves on our passion for the sport, and we plan to continue to develop a place for all riders to come and enjoy the thrill of racing. A place for new riders, vet riders, and everyone in-between. In our attempt to offer a liberating experience for all, we are committed to regular track maintenance, qualified staff, and listening to feedback from our fellow riders. While keeping to the high standards that the previous owners kept, we also plan on adding to the race experience with some fun, new changes. So, stay tuned.

ICEMAN 500 RACEEvery winter, our Midwestern friends grow restless. Unlike warmer regions, they don’t enjoy year-round sunshine to rev up their off-road toys. By mid-fall, the leaves have changed color, temperatures settle in the twenties and thirties, and snow starts to come down more often. When true winter arrives, the snow sticks and the thermostat can plunge into single digits. Yet none of that deters die-hard racers. The Iceman 500 is one of the fastest UTV races out there, set against the snowy, icy backdrop of Balsam Lake. Now in its fifth year, elite UTV racers from across the region converge to tackle 500 miles of intense sliding—Formula 1 style—on frozen terrain. With a $15,000 winner-take-all purse up for grabs, competitors have eight hours to knock out fifty laps. In previous years, the action stretched over two days, but now it’s all or nothing in a single showdown. |

GEAR, SAFETY CERTIFICATION, AND TRAINING ARE THE ANSWER.
At RideSafe we are working to significantly reduce the number of powersport injuries and fatalities by inspiring children and adults to wear helmets and proper safety gear and obtain safety certification before operating Powersports equipment. RideSafe is excited to announce our new partnership with BRP, a global leader in the world of powersports vehicles and boats for over 80 years and working across 120 countries. More specifically, we are excited to contribute to BRP’s community engagement program entitled “Responsible Rider Program” |
